[/font][font=宋体]管理员在后台创建一个上报事项。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]A、[/font][font=宋体]设定此次上报的常规项（时间，事项名称，上报单位名称等不需要统计的项）[/font]

[/font][font=宋体]设定每家单位应上报的数据项（需要上报多少项数据及每项数据的名称）[/font]

[/font][font=宋体]可以修改已创建的上报事项（即上面两项）。[/font]

[/font][font=宋体]管理员发布此次上报事项。[/font]

[/font][font=宋体]各个单位登陆后，可以看到此次上报事项，并开始填写上报的数据（表[/font][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][font=宋体]），填写完点发送给管理员审核，在管理员审核前或管理未审核通过时，可以再次修改上报的数据。[/font]

[/font][font=宋体]管理员可以在后台看到各个单位数据上报情况（表[/font][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][font=宋体]），审核或修改各单位上报的数据。在所有单位上报完数据后，管理员在后台可以生成一张统计表（表[/font][font=Times New Roman]3[/font][font=宋体]），可以打印或导出为[/font][font=Times New Roman]EXCEL[/font][font=宋体]表。[/font]
