为什么我用服务商提供的帐号和密码登陆进CENT OS后，貌似权限不足啊

服务商在开通信信中说：
You   may   log   in   to   your   virtual   dedicated   server   through   
an   SSH   remote-administration   tool.   To   access   the   account,   
use   the   IP   address(es)   dedicated   to   your   server   (listed   
above)   and   log   in.

User   name:   Defined   when   you   set   up   the   account
Password:   Defined   when   you   set   up   the   account

这样的话，我用我的PUTTY登陆进去后，为什么reboot也不行啊
而且查看目录的话，好像只能查看这个USER的目录

我刚接触这个，可能说的不是太明白，哪位没看明白我随时解释
